Dimensions: 585 x 585 x 5 mm thick, 7x10 holes Ø 35 mm + 3 stencils with 7x10 holes

The HDPE stencils allow you to pipe your macaron shells like a stencil.

Once your shells are piped, remove the stencil and bake.

When the macaron shell sheet is out of the oven, place the filling cavity on top and turn the whole thing over.

This way, your macarons will be placed in the holes of the filling cavity.

Pipe your ganache or cream onto the shells without handling them individually.
