Storage and transport solutions for macaroons
The macaroon is undoubtedly one of the most famous typical French delicacies in France and abroad. Presented in the form of a small almond cake, both grainy and soft, rounded in shape, and filled with a particularly gourmet ganache, the macaroon tasting is often done on the occasion of a large event such as a wedding or a birthday, and goes perfectly with champagne.
This is a truly exceptional product which, however, has one flaw: it is fragile, due to its meringue consistency. It is therefore essential to give it the greatest attention and the greatest consideration when packing and transporting it, at the risk of breaking it. To ensure that your macaroons arrive whole at their destination, C2Pack has designed a series of packaging and storage and transport solutions for your macaroons. We take stock.
Help designing the macaroons
The macaron is undoubtedly one of the most complicated cakes to make. Its design requires, at the same time, a certain number of utensils, dexterity, concentration, while strictly respecting its recipe of preparation. To support you in making your macaroons, C2Pack provides its know-how and creativity and offers you a series of solutions to help you design macaroons.
First of all, you will find our blue non-adhesive impregnated glass cloth with a dimension of 580x380 mm, ideal for cooking your meringues (which are also known as shells) and macaroons.
We also offer macaron kits, which allow you to easily pipe your macaron shells. Just poach the shells, remove the stencil and bake. This allows your shells to be found in the housings of the packing cell and avoid having to handle your shells one by one. This greatly improves its production of macaroons. Two macaron kits are available:
- • A kit with 30 trim plates, measuring 585x585x5 mm with 7x10 slots 35 mm in diameter and three 7x10 hole templates.
- • A kit with 50 trim plates, measuring 585x585x5 mm with 7x10 slots 35 mm in diameter and five 7x10 hole templates.
We also offer reusable 800 micron Crystal PVC macaroon cells for sale. Four models are available for sale:
- • The cell of 7x10 slots, with a dimension of 585x390 mm, whose slot is 49.5 mm in diameter at the top and 49 mm at the bottom, with a height of 7.5 mm.
- • The cell of 5x10 slots, with a dimension of 595x395 mm, whose slot is 45 mm in diameter at the top and 43 mm at the bottom, with a height of 8 mm.
- • The cell of 6x10 slots, whose slot is 46 mm in diameter at the top and 46 mm at the bottom, with a height of 11 mm.
- • The cell of 8x12 slots, with a dimension of 380 mm, whose slot is 45 mm in diameter at the top and 34 mm at the bottom, with a height of 10 mm.

Storage and transport of macaroons
The macaroon requires special attention when storing and transporting it, due to its fragility. For this, C2Pack also offers storage boxes, overpack boxes or even cells.
We offer different sizes of storage boxes that will meet your needs. You can opt for boxes of 12, 48, 50, 64 or 70 macaroons. These boxes are completed with other elements, such as the lid or the bottom of the box, adapted according to the size and dimension of your macaroons and the boxes used.
Overpack boxes
To transport large quantities of boxes of macaroons, we also offer boxes, overpack boxes, whose dimensions allow you to store several boxes of macaroons. This is the safest solution for transporting your macaroons.
Among these boxes of overpacks, you will find:
- • A box with dimensions of 256x220x99 mm, allowing you to store 70 macaroons.
- • A box with dimensions of 686x266x226mm, allowing you to store six boxes of 70 macaroons.
- • A box with dimensions of 530x230x325 mm, allowing storage of four boxes of 105 macaroons.
- • A cut-out box with dimensions of 253 x 219 x 49.5 mm, allowing you to store 35 macaroons.
- • A box with dimensions of 256x220x148 mm, allowing you to store 105 macaroons.
- • A cardboard box measuring 585x395x329 mm, allowing you to store 12 boxes of 50 macaroons.
- • A box with dimensions of 561x490x328 mm, allowing you to store 12 boxes of 70 macaroons.
The presentation inside the macaron box itself is essential and contributes to the feeling that a customer feels when opening the box of macarons for the first time.
For this reason, C2Pack also offers different cells of different colors and different sizes to bring more aesthetics to your packaging. You will then find cells in silver, white, crystal or black.

Among these accessories, you will find in particular macaron strips without cells of all sizes, strips and boxes with cells or even cells only for macarons.
Pyramids and Cones
There's nothing like presenting your macaroons in the form of a pyramid and cones. This arrangement brings grace and aesthetics to the packaging and allows the customer to present his cakes in a rather original form.
You will find pyramids with white macaroons, brown, black or personalized sleeves that can accommodate 24, 40, 60, 84 or 112 macaroons.
This arrangement highlights both the beauty and the colors of your macaroons. The same goes for the black pyramids, which can accommodate the same amount of macaroons.
The cone is also a great way to arrange and present your macaroons, on the occasion of a dinner, a party or a wedding. It is possible to opt for models in white plastic or black plastic, which can accommodate from 21 to 85 macaroons.
Thanks to our latest production innovations, our cones are reusable if you take care to wash them by hand.
